We want you to be happy with your purchase from Turner’s Electrical Supplies. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. Items should be returned unused in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Some products may be excluded where permitted by law, including certain made-to-order or customized products. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help. Your statutory rights are not affected
